£29,301 - £32,004 PER ANNUM
The Department of Electronic & Electrical Engineering at the University of Chester is seeking to appoint a Researcher to work on Terahertz spectroscopy/imaging for the quality control of printed electronics. This 6-month project is sponsored by EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Large-Area Electronics. The researcher will work to develop a real time quality control system for large area printed electronic industries.
You should have research experience in subject areas related to Terahertz technology, particularly strong skills in system build-up, spectroscopy analysis and imaging. You should also have strong skills on feedback electronics circuit design, big data analysis and mechanical control practice. In addition, skilled knowledge of the common programming languages such as C/C++, LabView, and Matlab. Analytical and good communication skills are also welcome.
You should possess a PhD in Electronics, Physics, Computing or Mechanical control related areas.
